From an investment in breast cancer research at Central DuPage Hospital to a donation that provides at-home hospice care through CNS Home Health & Hospice, you can designate where your gift goes. You can even help fund our award-winning classroom curriculums that teach important health and safety lessons to young people.

At the Foundation, we think it's a reasonable and worthy approach to philanthropy. After all, if you're making a financial commitment, then you have the right to request how those funds are used.

Of course, you don't have to make a specific designation at all. Our promise to you is this: Whether you designate a program recipient or not, we'll use your donation wisely to make a real difference in people's lives throughout our community.
